NAVHC accepts most pet insurances. Make sure to let the customer service representative know about your insurance when you schedule your appointment. NAVHC doesn’t require a doctor referral, but we STRONGLY recommend that you work with your family doctor before coming to NAVHC. All appointments are prioritized on the basis of medical need.
Medical Records for new patients can be faxed or emailed to our hospital.

Thursday – Sunday: Closed
The office will be closed everyday during lunch from 12pm to 1pm.
Calls to NAVHC
During business hours our calls are answered by our patient service coordinator. Our answering service will answer after hours, however for emergencies you will be referred to our emergency service. For medication refills and questions to the doctor, you may not hear back until the following business day or week depending on when you call.
